Designers notes : I’m usually very cynical about valentines day, in fact, I’m usually very cynical about every day. But instead of doing a paper toy of a gimp and his mistress as originally planned, I decided to something people could actually give to their loved ones.
My only real complaints about this design was the way the stance on the man worked out. The plan was that because the heart is what’s holding the man up, his other leg could be off the ground without worry of him falling over. The stance was meant to look like his other leg was in the air as he steps forward. Instead it just looks a little unbalanced and wonky
