I recently had the pleasure of having a short interview on BBC Radio Sheffield off the back of winning the Ambition AXA Award in enterprise. You can hear the interview here. Sadly I didn’t use my super smooth and sexy radio voice, but that’s only because my throat was hurting.
I was going to have my camera and general media guy Mike H over to the station to film the interview, however we only received permission 10 minutes before I went on the air, meaning Mike didn’t have time to get to the station.
When I returned home I found an e-mail awaiting me from the wonderfull people from the Ambition AXA Award saying “don’t forget to mention AXA”, which I then realised I had completely forgotten to do, and to make it worse the presenter of the show just said “sponsored by an insurance company”.
Sorry AXA, I’ll do a video or something focused all on you and to follow the facebook page of the awards for next year.
